This leaves the decals around the map much longer, giving areas a much more battle scarred look. Many attacks generate a decal. This includes blood splats, bullets, bile bomb, onos stomp etc... Performance impact is minimal. This will not pass consistency checking on many servers, but will work on your own local server. Server admins will have to add it to their server mod list for it to work for everyone on the server.
